Our breads

We grind our own organic flour fresh every time we bake for lots of flavor and nutrition! All of our breads are hand-made from simple, natural, wholesome ingredients with no artificial preservatives or ingredients.

Sprouted Whole Wheat

It's sprouted now! Yum! Soft and delicate, very nutritious, and easy to digest.

Toby Creek Sourdough

A delicious, soft sourdough with firm crust, great for dipping, spreads, or just butter!

Cinnamon Raisin

Has a cinnamon/sugar swirl. Try with peanut butter and honey!

Wheat Berry

With cooked, whole wheat berries. Fluffy and light; serve with dinner.

Onion

Onions sweeten in our brick oven! Great versatile bread for savory cuisines.

Sourdough Spelt

Firm, chewy, nutty and tart; a wholesome toasting bread! Top with butter and honey.

Old World Rye

Traditional sourdough Rye. Pair with a stinky cheese and a strong ale!

Whole Wheat

The bread that got us into this! Great for anything and everything!

Wild Rice

Baked with cooked wild rice inside. Soft and yummy!

Focaccia

Flat bread with garlic, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with Italian or dip in olive oil!

Sweet Focaccia

A salty, sweet treat with cinnamon, sugar and pecans. Try it with morning coffee!

Oatmeal

A nice, nutty bread with rolled oats on top.

Tomato Basil

Has tomatoes and basil inside. Makes a yummy grilled cheese sandwich!
